About us

Knightingale Counselling is  committed to offering a flexible service for Adults, including couples and other Adult relationships.  Appointments do not have to be at the same time each week:  we can work around your  family  commitments and work patterns  with the opportunity to have in person and/or online or telephone sessions.   Sessions are usually weekly, although can be fortnightly with mutual agreement.

The start of our journey involves establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship.  Therapy is about making changes which can be a challenging journey.  Our work together can give you the space  to know and understand yourself more and create the future you want.

Authentic therapy is offered to all clients -  AI and ChatGPT are not used.

You are welcome to arrange a free 15 minute consultation prior to starting therapy.
